In order for you to be in control of your health and wellness.  Your genetic code has been marked to be influenced by external factors; both good and bad.  When you learn to "turn up the volume" on your beneficial genes and "turn down the volume" on the antagonistic genes you can change your health destiny.

 

I  provide basic teaching, beginning with your blood type and how it interacts with the foods you eat.

First-
Blood phenotypes are the beginning of the process, including the Rh factor!

Next,  together we will follow Dr. D'Adamo's Genotype measurement process outlined in his book, The Genotype Diet.  (secretor testing is sometimes necessary)
 
Measurements along with secretor status, and sometimes "strength testing" are then used to determine foods and exercise plans that can be beneficial for you.

We then can take time to discuss and plan for your needs in the diet "switch over" process.  I offer a support with a grocery food plan, a "switch list" and teach foods that are beneficial for you specifically.  I will also coach and provide grocery assistance for the various items that are hard to find at local markets/ health stores, etc..

For those of you that need blood type specific or generalized supplementation, I sell products that are manufactured by North American Pharmacal designed by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, as I am an affliliate provider.

As a complimentary service I offer our clients "discount" prices on our therapeutic infrared saunas, made by Royal Saunas in California.
